Everyone Has A Price- KiDi Talks About Endorsing Political Parties

In an interview, KiDi emphasized that he would not publicly endorse any politician before the 2024 elections due to the severe consequences it could have on his career.

However, he acknowledged that everyone has a price and if the financial investment is truly life-changing, it might influence his position. This statement was made during an interview on Hitz FM.

KiDi highlighted the potential long-term damage to an artist’s career if they align themselves with a political party, and therefore, he is determined to avoid any actions that could harm his brand.

“We are not in a system where somebody can publicly support a political party and still thrive afterwards. We are not in that system, unfortunately. So for me, I know who I support. But if you come to me, no matter the money, I won’t accept it because I’m thinking of my future and the long term,” he said.

He humorously mentioned that he would entertain the idea of supporting a political party only if the money involved could change his life forever.

“Oh, you see, everybody has a price. If it’s an amount that can change your whole generation, like 100s of millions of dollars. I may consider,” he said.
