Lady Prempeh has criticized the organizers of the first part of the highly publicized Esther Smith concert that took place in Kumasi o August 30.

The event, which was a significant success, featured various gospel artists who joined Esther Smith to enhance the excitement surrounding the concert, which received extensive media coverage.

Esther Smith organized the concert to reconnect with her fans after a decade-long hiatus from the music industry and her relocation to the United States.

Following a heartfelt appeal from Ghanaians urging her to release new music or return to Ghana for a live performance, she decided to host these concerts.

Despite the concert being labelled a success, some media outlets reported certain shortcomings.

Lady Prempeh, who was also promoted as part of the event, has shared her experience of being poorly treated during the occasion.

She stated that she was only invited to perform when the organizers were already in the process of packing up, which delayed her performance.

In a video detailing her grievances, Lady Prempeh mentioned that she was personally invited by Esther Smith to participate in the show.

However, she pointed out multiple instances of mistreatment by Esther Smith’s team, including a late call for rehearsal and her omission from promotional materials for the event.
