EOCO Persecuting Our Clients – Zoe, Akyea & Co.

Zoe, Akyea & Co., lawyers for Kwabena Adu Boahene and Angela Adjei Boateng, have accused Attorney-General Dominic Ayine of violating their clients’ rights.

They criticized his reliance on the media to shape public perception rather than allowing due legal process.

The firm condemned EOCO’s handling of the case, claiming Angela was unfairly detained while checking on her husband.

They argued that Boahene, a former Deputy Director of the National Signal Bureau, was targeted for political reasons and humiliated upon his voluntary return to Ghana.

Dismissing the allegations as fabricated, the lawyers vowed to fight for justice, warning against the erosion of due process.
