Daniel Duncan-Williams has reached out to the US embassy in Ghana through an SOS message on Instagram, seeking their assistance.
The aspiring rapper alleges that his influential pastor has confined him, with the help of the military, at the Global Prayer Command Centre located off the Asheshi road.
Daniel held that as a US citizen, he is appealing to the embassy for help, as he believes that the local police may be reluctant to intervene due to his father’s significant influence.
Daniel, also known as Dee Wills has said previously on social media that despite claiming to be in good he has been repeatedly sent to rehab and prayer camps by his father, Duncan Williams.
According to him, whenever he discloses his family issues publicly, he is accused of suffering from bipolar disorder and taken to a prayer camp.
This recent incident adds to the numerous controversies surrounding the General Overseer of the Action Chapel.

On the other hand, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams recently made a heartfelt plea to the people of Ghana to keep his son in their prayers, seeking divine intervention from God to heal him from a severe medical condition.
According to a statement released by the family’s spokesperson, Bishop Ebenezer Obodai, it was revealed that Daniel has been struggling with acute bipolar disorder for the last six years.
The statement further elaborated that Daniel’s decision to stop taking his prescribed medication has led to relapses, resulting in some of his controversial outbursts that have gained attention on social media platforms.
“Through the family, Daniel has undergone the very best medical interventions, treatments and hospitalizations, yet he still experiences relapses when he does not continue [with] his prescribed medication,” the statement read.
Bishop Obodai explained further that, although some of his conduct during such periods of relapse are obscene and abhorrent, it must be understood that he has a serious illness and “is not of himself.”
