In a recent update regarding Drogba’s health condition, the YOLO actor has unsettlingly disclosed that his situation is not improving, stressing that all avenues for recovery and his resources have been exhausted.
The actor mentioned that despite receiving contributions from the Vice President and presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, along with support from friends and family, he finds himself with no remaining funds.
Consequently, his family has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to gather financial support for him to pursue medical treatment abroad.
In a post on X sighted by GhanaStreetJournal, Drogba, whose real name is Joh Peasah shared;
“I want to thank my family and friends, as well as the Vice President of Ghana, for the numerous donations and gifts I’ve received.
“Unfortunately, I’m not responding to treatment and have been spending almost all my resources, which are now almost depleted!!!”
