Ghanaian musician, Opanka, currently residing in the US, has stated that individuals aspiring to relocate abroad for a better life should pursue their goals without being influenced by others’ opinions.
He also highlighted that those who choose to stay in Ghana and work hard until they succeed should stay committed to their decision, as success is achievable in their home country as well. Opanka expressed these views during an interview with Amansan Krakye on Property FM.
Here’s what he said on the foregoing theme, “Well I can’t speak for someone but in this world what I have seen and observed is that not all of our fingers are equal or are the same.
So my response is that you as an individual what you think is the best which will work out perfectly for you then that’s what you ought to do,” he said on Property FM in Cape Coast.
It’s not about what someone says or does but do what will be helpful to you and if you think staying at one place will bring you a disgrace then why continue to stay there?
If you want to move to another place or travel abroad and that will improve your life do it because I support it when people are doing something good for themselves.
There are people who stay in Ghana and become very successful and make a lot of money and the same way there are people who stay abroad and make money in order to become successful,” he stated in the interview.
So what you think would work out for you to improve upon your life is where you ought to be and so I won’t advise anyone that this is the only way to become successful.”
Meanwhile, Opnaka, during their time in the US, has released a fresh track titled “Dumsor Demonstration,” aimed at urging the government to promptly address the issue of power outages.
