Diddy is facing serious allegations in a new rape lawsuit filed by April Lampros, who claims that the music mogul sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions, including one incident involving his late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter after she was allegedly given ecstasy.
Lampros, who first encountered Diddy in 1994 as a fashion student, also alleges that he secretly recorded their sexual encounters and later shared the footage with others without her consent. The lawsuit accuses Diddy of battery, sexual assault, emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence. While Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has not yet responded to these specific claims, he has previously denied similar allegations of sexual assault.
Lampros alleges that the record executive first sexually assaulted her in 1995 and that he pressured her to drink alcohol which made her feel “uneasy.”
The lawsuit alleges that Lampros lost consciousness in a hotel room and was sexually assaulted by Diddy. Following the incident, Lampros received multiple gifts from Puffy and agreed to a meeting to discuss potential business ventures.
She claims another assault occurred later that year in a parking garage, where Diddy allegedly coerced her into performing oral sex. Lampros states that when she attempted to distance herself, Diddy threatened her with physical harm and industry blacklisting.
The lawsuit also mentions a third incident in 1996, where Lampros was allegedly forced to engage in sexual activity with Kim Porter, who had children with Diddy before her passing in 2018. Lampros asserts that Diddy compelled both her and Porter to consume ecstasy before pressuring them into having sex, while claiming she had no control over the situation due to his influence over her job.
