Davido has been sighted ‘flexing’ with his brand-new Mercedes Maybach Virgil Abloh edition by cruising around town and deciding to stop over at the house of this veteran colleague’s P-Square.
The multiple award-winning musician travelled in a convoy of high-end vehicles to pay a visit to the PSquare brothers Jude, Peter, and Paul at their residence in Lagos.
He had a cordial welcome, and Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy, even unlocked the gate so he could enter with his Maybach. A video that is going viral online shows the happy moment when Davido and Rudeboy exchanged pleasantries.
Paul joked that if OBO ever sees a different model of his automobile in Lagos, he (Paul) would be the one driving it. Jude, his brother, however, asked him to walk the talk instead of ‘hoarding’ his money and not putting his words into action.
Davido was under the spotlight recently when Tru News Report mentioned that he said takes delight in putting a smile on people’s faces and this is a trait solely embedded in his DNA.
Beyond that, the multiple award singer who was hit by a tragedy recently following the death of his only son David Ifeanyi Adeleke Jnr spoke about hitting the studios and recording late into the night when his crew is normally sleeping.
During an exclusive 24-hour interview series with Nigerian YouTuber Tayo Aina, The Omo Baba Olowo made this known and noted that he works too hard. Davido also mentioned that he dislikes bad auras and negative energy but that he enjoys making others happy and does not know why.
He was speaking about his return to the music scene after his five months hiatus, saying he is back to dominating the industry.
The DMW boss said that his goal is to make an indelible mark in the next five to six years. In his words, God blessed them so much and he does not want to waste the new chance at charting a bigger course.
He said; “I love making people happy, I don’t know why, that bad feeling I don’t like it and I don’t want anybody to have it, not even my enemy. We are back solidified, cemented, they are confused brother. I work too hard Tayo, everybody is sleeping, I am up recording.God has blessed us so much that let’s not waste this next run. This next five, six years, I need to own this shxx”
