Davido has joined the candlelight procession as he participates in the tribute concert for the late singer, Mohbad, held in Lekki, Lagos State, shortly after he arrived in Nigeria in the early hours of Thursday, September 21.
OBO and his group are seen in a video going viral online getting ready to join other participants at the procession kickoff location in Lekki Phase 1 Gate. Davido, who had previously been abroad, revealed via his Instagram account that he would return to Nigeria for the occasion.
Meanwhile, in a new sequel to the unending story of Mohbad’s death and its aftermath, actress Iyabo Ojo has revealed in a trending video that the nurse who treated the late musician when he was rushed to the hospital has been arrested.
Iyabo highlighted this new development in a post she shared through her Instagram page on Wednesday night, September 19. Iyabo provided an update on her meeting with the Lagos State Commissioner of Police and the development of the police investigation into Mohbad’s death, noting that more arrests have been made in relation to the 27-year-old musician’s passing.
She said; “The police have made some arrests [in connection with Mohbad’s death]. The nurse has been arrested. That I know.
That’s the only information I can give you right now. They have arrested some people. They are asking some people to turn themselves in.”
