Davido has disclosed that he gave mainstream music video director TG Omori his biggest paycheck after they teamed recently.
The DMW boss revealed in a recent interview that even though the video shoot lasted six days, he only turned up to film his scenes on three of those days while TG Omori took care of the final three days.
The Nigerian superstar praised Omori’s attention to detail after they worked on “LCND- Legends Can Never Die.”
Davido also talked about how difficult it was for him to release Timeless, saying that he did his hardest to release songs with powerful lyrics without sounding depressed or melancholy.
Similarly, following the release of Davido’s latest studio album, his perceived rival Wizkid has shockingly asked his fans to stream his songs- while calling him his ‘brother.’
The album which has already started making waves on some digital streaming platforms was released by the veteran Afrobeat star on March 31, 2023.
Despite their protracted feud, Wizkid showed maturity by patting his industry on the back and asking his fans- generically known as Wizkid FC to patronise the new album. “Inside!! Y’all go listen to timeless by my brother @Davido ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥,” he wrote.
