Davido and his new wife Mrs Chioma Adeleke have left Nigeria on a private jet after their lavish wedding to an unknown destination.
Davido expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the wedding, which he shared on social media. The post featured a private jet in the background.
He wrote in the caption, “Let’s take off with this one.”
Furthermore, a video circulating online shows the newlyweds boarding the private jet in Lagos, accompanied by members of his team including Asa Asika, Lati, and Chioma’s manager, Ubi Franklin.
While the purpose and destination of their trip remain undisclosed, it is speculated that the couple has embarked on their honeymoon.
Davido captioned the images; “Let’s first launch this one.”
In a separate post, he shared; “Thank you all for making our day a magical one! We really appreciate and we love you. LOVE WON.”
The extravagant wedding took place at the prestigious Eko Hotel and Convention Centre in Lagos on June 25, capturing the attention of everyone and ultimately becoming the biggest entertainment news on the internet.
The event was graced by numerous prominent Nigerian celebrities, politicians, footballers, and other notable personalities who wished to partake in the couple’s joyous celebration.
Despite the overwhelming success of the marriage, there were a few individuals who expressed disapproval of Chioma’s decision to marry Davido, citing his alleged infidelity scandals that had circulated on the internet in the weeks leading up to their wedding.
In what could be seen as a response to these critics, Davido shared a post emphasizing that love ultimately triumphs.
