Ghanaian songstress Cina Soul has released a brand new 2-track body of work, featuring heavyweight collaborations with rapper Sarkodie and drill star O’Kenneth. The project marks Cina Soul’s first major release since her last body of work in July 2017, showcasing her evolving sound and international appeal.
The project was release on August 9.
Cina Soul, whose full name is Christie Quincyna Quarcoopome, has been lauded for her exceptional vocal talent, earning her multiple nominations and recognitions at prestigious awards such as the Ghana Music Awards UK, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, and 3 Music Awards. The new project sees the singer shift from her earlier works, which heavily featured the local Ga dialect, towards a more globally appealing sound that reflects her growth as an artiste.
The collaborations with Sarkodie and O’Kenneth on the first track, “Too Bad,” add a unique blend of mainstream and underground influences, making this EP a must-listen for fans of both artists and newcomers alike.
