Brother Sammy Calls Nacee A Bad Person Who Is Full Of Envy- Details

In a recent interview on the Gh Page, Brother Sammy criticized his senior colleague, Nacee, accusing him of being a jealous person who doesn’t support the progress of other artistes.

Brother Sammy’s argument was based on an incident where Nacee blocked him and showed bitterness towards him after he outshone him on the song ‘Aseda,’ which Nacee had composed and launched a challenge for on social media. During an interview on GhPage TV, Brother Sammy revealed that he and Nacee have a strained relationship because of what Nacee did.

He explained that he had participated in Nacee’s challenge, but Nacee had posted his clip on social media and later deleted it because it was getting popular. Brother Sammy alleged that Nacee’s actions were a clear indication of his envy towards him.

“He did a song and started a challenge to help boost its popularity. I also decided to join in on the challenge. Can you believe that out of almost 5000 people who took part in the challenge, he blocked only me?

“He did it because he was envious of me, he knew that my rendition of the song was gaining more popularity than his that is why he blocked me. When I posted my version, he posted it on his page, immediately after he deleted my videos from all his handles and blocked me everywhere. He’s just envious,” he claimed.

How big is Aseda song?

Nacee disclosed during an interview with Graphic Showbiz in June 2023 that his track, Aseda, is the most popular song in Ghana. He stated that he is not taken aback by the song’s current success, as he had always believed it would be a hit, even before its release a few months ago.

Nacee tells Graphic Showbiz in a recent interview he already knew the song was going to be big.

“The very day I recorded Aseda in 2015, I knew the song was going to be a hit. Although the content, arrangement and everything was on point, I never released it until two months ago.

“Prior to bringing it out, anyone I played Aseda to liked it and kept asking me why I was not dropping such a beautiful song. I am not surprised at all that Nigerians and people all over the world are doing the open verse challenge,” he said.

According to him, the song is flying because everyone can relate to it, adding, “The lyrics of the song is simple and talks to everyone. It’s about life, the struggles and happiness we go through”, he added.

Nacee, goes on to thank Ghanaians for accepting Aseda and making it big. “When individuals start posting your songs on their timelines and making videos of themselves dancing to it, then you know that you are doing something great. So far, I can say for a fact that Aseda is the biggest song in Ghana at the moment,” he said.
