Rapper Boosie Badazz is facing more family troubles after his eldest son, Tootie Raww (real name Torrence Taylor), was arrested in Atlanta on September 3.
According to Atlanta Police, the 20-year-old was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a machine gun and obstruction of law enforcement officers. Video clips circulating online show Tootie being led from a residence in handcuffs before being placed in the back of a police cruiser.
The story has been amplified by controversial podcaster Charleston White, who claimed credit for alerting authorities, though police have not confirmed any such tip-off. An official incident report is still pending.
The arrest adds to an already difficult period for the Badazz family. Boosie himself is awaiting sentencing later this year after pleading guilty to a federal gun charge, with a November 21 court date set.
While critics online have been quick to point out the “like father, like son” narrative, fans of both Boosie and Tootie are calling for support and fair treatment as the legal process unfolds.
