Bobrisky has reportedly been arrested at the Seme Border while trying to flee the country for Benin Republic.
The news was shared by popular social media critic Verydarkman, who alleged that Bobrisky was intercepted by Nigerian immigration officers during his attempted escape.
According to Verydarkman, Bobrisky’s flight was linked to an ongoing investigation by the Nigerian House of Representatives.
The influencer has been under scrutiny after leaked audio recordings surfaced in which Bobrisky allegedly admitted to bribing officials to avoid prison and claimed his connections helped dismiss money laundering charges filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In an Instagram post, Verydarkman revealed, “Bobrisky has been arrested this morning at the Seme Border while trying to enter the Benin Republic to escape the current investigation by the House of Reps. He is allegedly being held by Nigerian immigration.”

This latest development comes after Bobrisky refuses to appear before a panel in the House of Representatives, where he was expected to respond to allegations stemming from the leaked audios.
In the recordings, Bobrisky allegedly boasted about using his influence and “God-father” to sidestep legal consequences.
Bobrisky, a polarizing figure known for his flamboyant lifestyle and frequent controversies, has yet to publicly address the claims.
As speculation swirls about his current whereabouts and legal standing, many are waiting for an official statement from either Bobrisky or his representatives to clarify the situation.
