Blakk Rasta has used his Urban Blend program on 3FM to offer a piece of advise to King Paluta, the reigning TGMA New Artiste of the Year winner, regarding his connection with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Having previously appeared on United Showbiz with King Paluta, Blakk Rasta mentioned that he could not discuss the matter with him in person as Paluta fell ill after the show and had to depart immediately.
The Reggae artiste and on-air personality criticized King Paluta’s reasoning for meeting Bawumia as immature during the UTV’s United Showbiz program.
He pointed out that when King Paluta struggled in obscurity, Bawumia or any other politician never sought him out to benefit from his popularity for their own gain.
Blakk Rasta emphasized that now that King Paluta has one of the most popular songs in the country, Bawumia is suddenly interested in associating with him, indicating his intentions.
Tru News Report has previously shared that in response to the criticisms directed at him, King Paluta stated that he did nothing wrong by honouring Dr Bawumia’s visit and meeting with him and other creatives in Kuamsi.
He emphasized that there was no way he would disrespect the NPP flagbearer and Vice President of the country by turning down his invitation to avoid any misinterpretation of the situation as an endorsement.
Paluta particularly objected to a radio host who strongly criticized him, stating that the person lacked substance for attacking him without knowing his true intentions.
“I heard a presenter attacking me because I joined the Vice President on his campaign bus. I think he has a tank in his head to think that way.
