Bella Shmurda has demanded justice for the late Mohbad and has the police expedited action in arresting those who killed the singer.
Bella Shmurda, whose real name is Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed, has urged the police to apprehend those responsible for the death of his comrade Mohbad.
On Thursday, he said on the microblogging website Twitter that if justice is delayed, it is the same as injustice and that he is more concerned about people who assaulted and oppressed Mohbad when he was still alive. Bella made her statement after Lagos Police PRO Benjamin Hundeyin said that the rapper’s autopsy was complete.
Bella Shmurda asked the police to arrest and reveal the identity of the said culprits, that were involved in his sudden demise. He wrote; “Delayed justice is injustice. Bring out those who oppressed and maltreated the hell out of him when he was alive that the goal. Autopsy or not he no concern me. Unless our govt don’t have feelings.💐❤️ #Justice4mobhad #imoleliveon”
Meanwhile, the police in a statement, on Twitter, said the autopsy had been concluded and they were waiting for the result.
The post reads; “Mohbad: Autopsy Update
The Nigeria Police Force wishes to inform the public that the autopsy procedure for Mr. Mohbad has been successfully completed. Further information will be provided as soon as the results are available.”
