Artiste manager and entertainment critic Bulldog, whose real name is Lawrence Hanson, made bold claims about the current state of the nation and the role of President Akufo-Addo.
Bulldog didn’t hold back, urging the president to step away from the spotlight entirely during a discussion on UTV’s United Showbiz,
“Look where we are as a country; we don’t have time,” Bulldog began, expressing his discontent with the leadership under Akufo-Addo.
“Is John Dramani Mahama Akufo-Addo’s PR?” he questioned, implying that the former president was now being used by the current administration to make up for its own perceived shortcomings.

Bulldog’s words carried a tone of frustration and anger, particularly towards the sitting president.
He didn’t mince words when he directly addressed Akufo-Addo’s role going forward. “Somebody like Akufo-Addo should never speak in Ghana again.
He shouldn’t even cough,” Bulldog said passionately. “Some of us will make it our personal agenda. He will hear what we will tell him if he speaks.”
Bulldog made it clear that he believed Akufo-Addo’s time as the country’s leader had come to an end, calling for the president to step back completely.
In a stark declaration, Bulldog went as far as to suggest that Akufo-Addo should “behave like he is dead and buried.”
He even framed the inauguration of the new government as the president’s figurative funeral. “I tell you that the inauguration we did was his funeral. He is dead,” Bulldog boldly stated.
