Sources indicate that Ferrera is deeply disheartened by Trump’s re-election. An insider shared with DailyMail.com, “America is sick that Donald Trump is President again. She is devastated that Kamala lost.
She thought the country she lived in was better than that.” This sentiment reflects a broader trend among many in Hollywood who are reconsidering their ties to the U.S. amid rising political tensions.
Despite her move, Ferrera is not abandoning her Hollywood career. She intends to maintain a presence in the U.S. for work-related opportunities, particularly to advocate for Latinas and women in the industry.
The source explained, “She is prioritizing her life and focusing on what’s important for her kids,” emphasizing her commitment to finding the best educational prospects for them.
