Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, in a detailed post on his X platform, has revealed that Stephen Okereke Elendu Kalu Okoro, Frank Agyekum Boateng, and Vivian Oppong Kyekyeku—key figures in the US$108 million ambulance scandal involving Akufo-Addo’s daughters—left Ghana just before the December 7, 2024 elections.
“Stephen Okoro departed from KIA Terminal 3 on November 27, 2024, aboard British Airways flight BA2066 to Gatwick,” Ablakwa disclosed.
“He used both Nigerian and Ghanaian passports with numbers ending in 923 and 742, respectively. As a director of Elok Consult and Services Limited, Okoro was at the center of this inflated ambulance deal.”
Ablakwa further noted, “Frank Agyekum Boateng fled a day earlier, on November 26, 2024, using United Airlines flight UA3010 to Washington.
“He traveled with a Ghanaian passport ending in 970. Boateng, alongside Alvin Mensah, is a director of BEFT Engineering, another company implicated in the ambulance deal.”
About Vivian Oppong Kyekyeku, Ablakwa wrote, “She left Ghana on August 31, 2024, using Delta flight DL157 to New York. Kyekyeku presented a US passport ending in 777 and a Ghanaian passport ending in 020. Since then, she has not returned.”
Ablakwa stressed the need for accountability and international collaboration to apprehend the culprits. “They can run, but they can’t hide,” he asserted. “The Ghanaian people deserve the accountability they have been yearning for. Judgment day has come.”
Concluding his post, he reiterated his commitment to justice: “For God and Country—Ghana First.”
