Ghanaian actor, comedian, and TV presenter Akwasi Boadi, known as Akrobeto, has expressed his thoughts regarding Efia Odo’s choice of a partner.
He emphasises the unpredictable nature of the future, highlighting that an individual’s circumstances can undergo rapid transformation within a brief moment.
During an episode of his show ‘The Real News’, Akrobeto criticised Efia Odo, asserting that she is unwilling to engage in a romantic relationship with an individual whose monthly income amounts to GH₵3,000.
“Efia said she doesn’t want a poor man; she wants a rich man; she doesn’t want a man that is struggling; she wants a man who is rich already, but Efia, let me tell you something because you are my nephew. If you will listen to me, Efia, nobody knows tomorrow, as I was always saying that today you can see that Boamah is hustling, but in two or three years Boamah will change and things will turn good, so the way it didn’t cross your mind to become popular, know that a poor man’s life can change,” Akrobeto said.
“Let me use myself as an example. My name is Akwasi Boadi. I was born in the village, and my first girlfriend left me, but today God has changed my life, and my name can be heard all over the world. Therefore, Efia, you can find a poor man, but life can change in an instant; therefore, I will not accept you if you attempt to join my side. It’s two things: if I am already rich and you come into my life, I will treat you however I like because I didn’t struggle with you,” he added.
This comes after the Ghanaian socialite revealed during an episode of the ‘Keeping It 100 percent’ podcast that her expectations for possible partners are determined by her level of personal accomplishment. She was adamant in saying that accepting a spouse who was having financial difficulties would not fit with her current situation.
