Real News host and actor, Akrobeto has shared his reason for ignoring the group of Ghanaians who mockingly suggest he undergo surgery to change the size and shape of his nose.
In response to the teasing, Akrobeto humorously pointed out that he finds it amusing how someone else could be bothered by the size of his nose.
He jokingly stated that his big nose allows him to breathe in ‘extra air’ compared to the average person, and therefore, it shouldn’t concern anyone else.
“I breathe easily… I cannot get sick. I don’t even need oxygen at the hospital. I can really breathe lots of air. My nose doesn’t choke. I would rather eat at the chop bar (local restaurant) with the money.
“No matter what, you will die in life… it’s okay to look good, but you can die anytime. No one can escape death. You will definitely grow, you cannot stop ageing.

Akrobeto was in the news recently when he opened up about the reasons behind the end of his first marriage and his decision not to remarry.
The veteran Kumawood star said in 2006, he got married with hopes of building a strong and loving family. Unfortunately, he experienced abuse from his wife, which led his family to advise him to leave the marriage to protect his life.
This revelation came as Akrobeto commented on the 20th-anniversary celebration of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife, Samira Bawumia’s, marriage. Akrobeto emphasized the importance of understanding between spouses, stating that it is the key to long-lasting and fulfilling marriages.
He said, “I got married in 2006. However, my wife was abusive, so to save my life, I had to walk out. My family was of the view that if I don’t walk out, I may end up dead,” he said.
