Afronitaa and Abigail have secured their place in the finals of Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) with their exceptional artistry from Ghana, impressing both the judges and the studio audience once again.
The finals will take place on Sunday, June 2, 2024. BGT officially announced the duo’s spot in the finals through their Instagram account on Thursday, May 30.
Initially, several Ghanaian websites mistakenly reported that the talented dancing duo had been eliminated in the semi-finals of this prestigious competition.
This confusion arose when BGT’s official handle posted the first group of semi-finalists.
As a result, many Ghanaians believed that the list shared was the final one. However, BGT clarified the situation and confirmed the qualification of Afronitaa and Abigail by stating,
“Your votes have sent Abigail & Afronitaaa straight through to Sunday’s FINAL! Congratulations!,” BGT said.
