Ghanaian dancing sensations, Afronitaa and Abigail, have returned to Ghana from the UK after their remarkable achievement of securing third place at the esteemed Britain’s Got Talent show.
Upon their arrival at Kotoka International Airport, the duo received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from their fellow Ghanaians, who take immense pride in their accomplishment. Afronitaa’s academy, Afrostar Dance School, organized a group of talented young dancers to perform for her at the arrival lounge.
Afronitaa and Abigail graciously joined the young dancers for a brief moment, expressing their gratitude and appreciation. With beaming smiles, they showcased their dance moves alongside the kids, creating a delightful spectacle.
Despite reports of internal conflicts within their respective teams, fueled by their parents, the pair displayed a united front and radiated happiness upon their arrival in Ghana.
As previously published by Tru News Report, Afronitaa, whose legal name is Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah and her protege Abiagil Dromo took the third position in the prestigious British Got Talent (BGT) competition on Sunday during the grand finale.
Their performance was a mesmerizing fusion of traditional Ghanaian dance and contemporary elements, leaving everyone in awe of their impeccable rhythm, precision, and infectious energy.
Throughout the competition, Afronitaa and Abigail captivated both the American audience and the judges with their unique style.
Their final routine was breathtaking, establishing their presence and reputation in the competition.
Despite the immense anticipation and adoration from their home country and millions of viewers, they ultimately secured the third position.
Nonetheless, their brand and artistic prowess have undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the hearts of their fans.
