Lilwin has revealed the keys to a long and healthy life to both the public and celebrities, especially in light of the recent deaths in Nollywood due to poor health.
The actor and producer of the upcoming film A Country Called Ghana emphasized the importance of regular exercise in maintaining good health and preventing various diseases.
He also urged everyone to prioritize their health by scheduling regular check-ups with their doctors to ensure overall well-being.
“Doing regular exercise or checkups will identify hidden health conditions that he or she may not be aware of”. He advised.The Kumawood Star gave the advice when he joined the COA health walk in Cape Coast organized by the COA Mixture.
The company also organized free health screening where Lil Win appealed to the general public to take advantage of free health screening and check their health to know their health conditions.
“Whether you are a celebrity or not check your health to make sure you are fit and never ignore free health screening irrespective of your financial strength”, Lilwin added.
